Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship all packages using secure, trackable shipping services. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and high-volume periods. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or reroute the package.
Age Verification
By placing an order, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older. Signature or ID verification may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier and state regulations.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with flavor, effects, or personal preference.
Product Defects or Damage
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and provide a resolution as appropriate.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. For delays or missing shipments, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist with tracking if needed, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all federal and state regulations. Some products may not be available to ship to certain states or regions. Orders placed for restricted items will be canceled and refunded.
