Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our THCa and hemp-derived products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds based on taste, effects, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Or you received the wrong item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

When you email us at kushconc@gmail.com, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Offer store credit, or

  • In rare cases, issue a refund at our sole discretion.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective/incorrect item. If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are consumable and regulated, we do not accept returns on:

  • THCa flower and pre-rolls

  • Edibles, vapes, concentrates, or any infused products

  • Accessories that have been opened or used

  • Any items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific product.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is a verified defect or issue with your order, we will handle it under our Damages, Defects & Wrong Items section above.


Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved (for example, for a confirmed defective product that cannot be replaced), we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Once processed, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
